This Professor is a Genius!
An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class.
That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.
The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan".
All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A.
After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B.
The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy.
As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little.
The second test average was a D! No one was happy.
When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.
The scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.
All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great but when government takes all the rewards away, no one will try or want to succeed.
It could not be any simpler than that!

A Courageous High School Principal
I find it interesting that a high school principal can see the problem, but our society cannot. If I offend anyone by this, I really don't apologize!
This is a statement that was read over the PA system at the football game at Roane County High School , Kingston , Tennessee, by school Principal, Jody McLeod:

It has always been the custom at Roane County High School football games, to say a prayer and play the National Anthem, to honor God and Country.
Due to a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, I am told that saying a Prayer is a violation of Federal Case Law. As I understand the law at this time, I can use this public facility to approve of sexual perversion and call it "an alternate life style," and if someone is offended, that's OK.
I can use it to condone sexual promiscuity, by dispensing condoms and calling it, "safe sex." If someone is offended, that's OK.
I can even use this public facility to present the merits of killing an unborn baby as a "viable means of birth control." If someone is offended, no problem...
I can designate a school day as "Earth Day" and involve students in activities to worship religiously and praise the goddess "Mother Earth" and call it "ecology.
I can use literature, videos and presentations in the classroom that depicts people with strong, traditional Christian convictions as "simple minded" and "ignorant" and call it "enlightenment.
However, if anyone uses this facility to honor GOD and to ask HIM to Bless this event with safety and good sportsmanship, then Federal Case Law is violated.
This appears to be inconsistent at best, and at worst, diabolical. Apparently, we are to be tolerant of everything and anyone, except GOD and HIS Commandments.
Nevertheless , as a school principal, I frequently ask staff and students to abide by rules with which they do not necessarily agree. For me to do otherwise would be inconsistent at best, and at worst, hypocritical. I suffer from that affliction enough unintentionally. I certainly do not need to add an intentional transgression.
For this reason, I shall "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's," and refrain from praying at this time.
However, if you feel inspired to honor, praise and thank GOD and ask HIM, in the name of JESUS, to Bless this event, please feel free to do so. As far as I know, that's not against the law ---- yet.

They prayed in the stands. They prayed in the team huddles. They prayed at the concession stand and they prayed in the Announcer's Box!
The only place they didn't pray was in the Supreme Court of the United States of America - the Seat of "Justice" in the "one nation, under GOD."
Somehow, Kingston , Tennessee remembered what so many have forgotten. We are given the Freedom OF Religion, not the Freedom FROM Religion. Praise GOD that HIS remnant remains!

The Sack Lunches
I put my carry-on in the luggage compartment and sat down in my assigned seat. It was going to be a long flight… 'I'm glad I have a good book to read; perhaps I will get a short nap,' I thought.
Just before take-off, a line of soldiers came down the aisle and filled all the vacant seats, totally surrounding me. I decided to start a conversation. 'Where are you headed?' I asked the soldier seated nearest to me. 'Petawawa. We'll be there for two weeks for special training, and then we're being deployed to Afghanistan.
After flying for about an hour, an announcement was made that sack lunches were available for five dollars. It would be several hours before we reached the east, and I quickly decided a lunch would help pass the time… As I reached for my wallet, I overheard a soldier ask his buddy if he planned to buy lunch. 'No, that seems like a lot of money for just a sack lunch. Probably wouldn't be worth five bucks. I'll wait till we get to base'. His friend agreed.
I looked around at the other soldiers. None were buying lunch. I walked to the back of the plane and handed the flight attendant a fifty dollar bill. 'Take a lunch to all those soldiers.' She grabbed my arms and squeezed tightly. Her eyes wet with tears, she thanked me. 'My son was a soldier in Iraq ; it's almost like you are doing it for him.'
Picking up ten sacks, she headed up the aisle to where the soldiers were seated. She stopped at my seat and asked, 'Which do you like best - beef or chicken?' 'Chicken,' I replied, wondering why she asked. She turned and went to the front of the plane, returning a minute later with a dinner plate from the first class. This is your thanks.'
After we finished eating, I went again to the back of the plane, heading for the rest room. A man stopped me. 'I saw what you did. I want to be part of it. Here, take this.' He handed me twenty-five dollars…
Soon after I returned to my seat, I saw the Flight Captain coming down the aisle, looking at the aisle numbers as he walked, I hoped he was not looking for me, but noticed he was looking at the numbers only on my side of the plane. When he got to my row he stopped, smiled, held out his hand, and said, 'I want to shake your hand.' Quickly unfastening my seatbelt I stood and took the Captain's hand. With a booming voice he said, 'I was a soldier and I was a military pilot. Once, someone bought me a lunch. It was an act of kindness I never forgot.' I was embarrassed when applause was heard from all of the passengers.
Later I walked to the front of the plane so I could stretch my legs. A man who was seated about six rows in front of me reached out his hand, wanting to shake mine. He left another twenty-five dollars in my palm.
When we landed I gathered my belongings and started to deplane. Waiting just inside the airplane door was a man who stopped me, put something in my shirt pocket, turned, and walked away without saying a word. Another twenty-five dollars!
Upon entering the terminal, I saw the soldiers gathering for their trip to the base. I walked over to them and handed them seventy-five dollars. 'It will take you some time to reach the base. It will be about time for a sandwich. God Bless You.'
Ten young men left that flight feeling the love and respect of their fellow travelers. As I walked briskly to my car, I whispered a prayer for their safe return. These soldiers were giving their all for our country. I could only give them a couple of meals. It seemed so little...
A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.' That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.

Obama, You Scare Me

You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American...
You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.
You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core.
You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.
You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.
You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America ' crowd and deliver this message abroad.
You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.
You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.
You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.
You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.

The Legacy of Cruel Tyrants
Who is Afraid of the Dark?

Michael Grady, a friend of mine, and others brought my attention to a site in which a video clip shows Obama promising and telling Planned Parenthood that they will no longer be on the defensive in regards to abortion, but will now counter attack the pro-lifers. He said that the first thing he will do as president is to put into effect the so called Freedom of Choice Act in which the question of abortion will be settled once and for all (http://www.wikio.co.uk/video/510133). I have never seen such an arrogant fool in my life as this Asian raised clown. Who on earth does he think he is? Does he truly believe that he will make of abortion a lasting and established institution of American society?
What this dancing shadow on a stage of human history doesn't realize is who he is going up against. We pro-lifers have the best of the fight in our favor. For one thing, God is on our side and all those who have fought against God lost miserably in their attempts to beat Him. Like Pharaoh of old, Obama himself will be drowned in the waters of Divine wrath. God has never lost a battle and never will. In second place, we have the powerful Virgin Mary, all the angels and saints to intercede for our victory. Is Obama counting on his atheism and the devil to give him power to win? He will be overthrown and cast into hell along with that demon. Third, we have reason and right on our side since we defend legitimate human life. Obama will be known in history as one of the greatest liars and inventor of falsehoods and this notoriety will be carried by him forever with shame and disgrace. Fourth, our mission to save human life is a most noble and urgent one while that of continuing the murder of millions of babies is the most criminal and greatest act of cowardice on the part of an intelligent man like Obama. Fifth, the promise of the triumph of Mary s Immaculate Heart will mean the end of over 35 years of demonic rule in America and nightmare horrors of the killing of untold numbers of defenceless children. Obama has no such promise that abortions will last forever. He might guarantee abortion during his administration, but that will be of a short period, since God will be swift to act in His justice. How many years did Hitler last? It was not more than two decades. If Obama has in mind to have abortion last as long as our country will, then God will make sure to destroy and end our country in order to rid it of abortion, unless of course, we were to wise up as a nation and get rid of child murder before it is too late.
The Russian ships are doing military manoeuvres in Venezuelan waters. What is their business on our side of the world? Where is Bush or Obama to tell them to immediately get out like Kennedy had the admirable courage to do when they brought their missiles to Cuba? If I lived on the coast of our Southern States, I would get out as quickly as possible. The nuclear missiles in the Russian submarines are not caps of pop guns. Yet, there they are cruising around in our Caribbean sea, a few miles off our shores.
If Obama thinks that the pro-lifers will not counter attack to his counter attack, then he does not realize the strength of God s grace and glory. I know that the American hierarchy is practically worthless and extremely weak (like the same one of Nazi Germany that also hailed Hitler into power), but God has his 7,000 who have not bent their knees to Baal. There are many strong Catholics, as well as non-Catholics, ready to shed their blood and be martyrs for the defence of the unborn. Mary, at Fatima, predicted that the good (not the Catholics) would be martyred in our times. If Obama wants to put more saints on our calendar, then let him glorify God in this way. On his part, he will go down in history in the long line of cruel tyrants like Herod, Nero, Hitler, Stalin, Mao Tse Tung who tortured and killed Christians for defending human rights and dignity. If Obama does not truly convert himself and stop being a false Christian or Moslem, he will burn forever in hell for his terrible sins. Neither Christians nor Moslems admit or accept the horrible practice of abortion. Come on Obama, come on with your henchmen and henchwomen, Kennedy, Clinton, etc and all their power, wealth and fame against the pro-life movement and you will be surprised as to what you will meet up with. The blood you shed in this nation will be the one that will cry out from the earth to condemn you forever.

After the Elections!

Don't look at the 2nd picture before you read about the first.
This was in the Black Canyon of Gunnison, Colorado and the picture was on the front page of the Grand Junction , Colorado newspaper. Many of us today may just feel like the driver of this pick-up truck after the recent elections …
Look at the picture above and you can see where this guy broke through the guardrail on the right side of the picture where the people are standing on the road (pointing).
The pick-up was travelling from the right to the left when it crashed through the guardrail.
It flipped end-over-end, across the culvert outlet, and landed right side up on the left side of the culvert, facing the opposite direction from which he was travelling. The driver was alright after the accident.
Now look at the 2nd picture below...........................
If this guy didn't believe in God before, do you suppose he believes now?

Dear friends,
What can I say? We did our best! I think we received the answer to the question that I sent to you a few days ago. “Do most Americans want GOD to BUTT OUT?” (http://god-politics.blogspot.com/). I think we now see that the answer is a clear, resounding YES! I personally did not realize how many pro-death laws were being voted into existence in this last election. If I had known I might have been overcome with despair. The election of a pro-death president is only one sign and symbol of how our culture has embraced the culture of death. I think the article “What If?” at Mark Mallett's Blog (11/05/08) is rather interesting (http://www.oltiv.org/2008/11/mark-malletts-blog-110508.html).
We prayed and we fasted, and now we can eat like King David after his son died (2Sam 12:20)! Where do we go from here? I know some people who feel that the only thing left to do is to clean out the cobwebs in our old bunkers we made during the Cuban crisis almost 50 years ago and get prepared. But I think we must above all trust God, pray much, love God and our neighbor completely and offer continual sacrifices as Our Lady of Fatima asked us to do in 1917. I think we should also always continue to seek the TRUTH, to live the TRUTH and to fight for the TRUTH even if the greater and greater majority of human beings on the face of the earth are running from the TRUTH, abandoning the TRUTH and fighting against the TRUTH. Jesus said: “I am the way, and the TRUTH, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me” (Jn 14:6)!
I believe, as many many others do also, that we are about to enter the period of which Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Mark 13, as well as what the Mother of God was referring to at La Salette, France (1846); Fatima, Portugal (1917); St. Faustina (1925-1938; Diary 635,1732); Akita, Japan (1973 – 1981; http://www.miraclerosarymission.org/akita.htm); and more recently Margaret of Jesus (1985-???; http://www.margheritadigesu.it/pagine/microchipeng.html; these articles and revelations are slowly being translated from the Italian into English). It is interesting that in the past Our Lady has always indicated that by prayer and penance we can still avert the looming chastisement. But very recently in the revelations to Margaret of Jesus, she said the chastisement can no longer be averted and that it will occur “not in the distant future” or after our life time as so many of us want to believe. I prefer to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, even if the truth is often very difficult for me to understand or hard to accept from my own personal point of view.
Few people today understand or want to understand what sin is. Very few Catholics go to confession anymore. If we do not ask for mercy, we will not receive mercy. Without mercy, there is no way to enter heaven for all eternity. I am a big sinner; I go to confession every day. God will leave us to our own designs, which is what most people want today.
I have amused myself in the past many years by studying prophecy in the Bible and in the writings of the Saints. In a few weeks I hope to share with you a summary of my findings (http://markbeast.blogspot.com/). In the mean time may I very briefly indicate to you a little of what I have come up with.
If you know even a little about the history of the world, the powerful have never been satisfied with the power that they have or had acquired. They always wanted more. Many of the super powerful and past dictators of the world even arrived to the point of wanting to be adored as GOD (Heil Hitler!)! I do not think that anything has changed. The superrich and powerful of today who control the banks and the petroleum and so many other things of the world are not satisfied; they have had an incredible amount of patience, many of them never living to see their final goal achieved. They now have their representatives (puppets) in just about all the key positions in the world except one. From my studies I am convinced that the last key position that they need before they make their greatest move in the history of the world is the Papacy of the Catholic Church. In their pride and arrogance, they feel they are the saviors of the world, even though this same pride renders them blind to the fact that they have become the puppets of Satan. Also in their pride, they are dumbfounded and amazed that with all their tremendous efforts they have not yet been able to put their man in as Pope. Obviously they do not believe in God or in the words of Jesus that “the gates of hell shall not prevail” (Mt 16:18). But I am convinced that now that they have their men in the key positions in the world, they can no longer wait to try to get their man elected Pope and will thus take over the Papacy by cunning and covert violence.
Saint Hildegard, Archbishop Fulton Sheen, the eminent, 20th Century scripture scholar, Father E. Sylvester Berry and many others have indicated that this violence will be done by an evil cardinal and he will then proclaim to the world that he is the Pope. According to the prophecies of St. Hildegard, two thirds of the Christians will believe and follow this evil imposter. St. Hildegard wrote that this will happen immediately before the manifestation of the Antichrist, who together with this false pope, who I believe will be the “second beast” of the Apocalypse (ch. 13 etc.), will subdue the world. A very recent private revelation to Margaret of Jesus indicates the same thing; I am slowly translating some of her writings from Italian into English (http://www.margheritadigesu.it/pagine/microchipeng.html). These events are also indicated by the prophecies of St. Malachy regarding the sequence of Popes. The antichrist will be far more ingenious, resourceful and charismatic than the recently elected president of the USA (http://www.lifesitenews.com/ldn/2008/nov/081103a.html). Thus I do not feel the greatest show on earth will begin until our present Pope Benedict XVI dies or is clandestinely killed.
I think we are living in great times! I pray every day for the incredible gift of martyrdom. Do you know that the martyrs do not spend any time in purgatory which is far more painful than any kind of martyrdom here on earth (http://purgatory-manu.blogspot.com/)? A great many people will be offered the possibility of martyrdom in this period. Alleluia! Will each of us be ready for this great offer and gift?
